Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Prakriti Origin.

We take great care to provide fresh, hygienically packed, high-quality cane jaggery powder and other natural products.

As most of our products are food and consumables, returns & refunds are allowed only under specific conditions mentioned below.

 Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement only if:

 You received a damaged or defective product
 You received the wrong product or delivered is expired or spoiled

 Proof Required:
You must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID

• Clear photos/videos of product + packaging

• Reason for return request

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used products

• Change of mind / dislike of taste / personal preference

• Incorrect address provided by customer

• Delays caused by courier/logistics after dispatch

Process for Replacement or Refund

Once validated by our support team:

Option A — Replacement
1.We will ship a new product at no extra cost

Option B — Refund
1. Processed to your original payment method
2.May take 5–7 working days after approval

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch only

• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible

Return Shipping

• If the return reason is valid (defective/wrong product),
  we will arrange reverse pickup at our cost

• If returned for other reasons (if allowed),
  shipping charges must be borne by the customer

Non-returnable Products

To maintain hygiene and safety, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened/sealed-broken food packets

• Products without original packaging

• Products stored incorrectly by customer (heat, moisture, contamination)

Exchange Policy

Exchanges apply only when:
1. The same product is available in stock
2. Issue reported within 48 hours of delivery
